LADY PATRIOT VOLLEYBALL

The SFCS Lady Patriots volleyball program consists of three teams.

Junior High students (grades 5-8) have the opportunity to learn the basics of the game in a competitive setting appropriate for their age group.

The SFCS Junior Varsity team is comprised of girls in 8th—10th grades.   They have the opportunity to practice with the varsity team to build their skills and endurance.

The varsity team consists of players in 9-12th grades.  The players for this team are chosen at the coach’s discretion due to the higher level of competitiveness.  The Lady Patriots compete against both conference and non-conference teams.  The season begins in August and goes through the MACS Conference State Tournament held the last weekend in October.

Our varsity head Coach Becky Friese, assisted by Heather Brower, shows her love for the game through enthusiastic coaching.  As both a player and officiate for volleyball her knowledge of the game has shown to be an asset to the growth of patriot volleyball.
